We send 2–4 matched profiles with CVs and full context. You choose who to meet. We facilitate and manage the process.
Flat fee on confirmed hire only. Mid: $8–10K. Senior: $12–18K. Every candidate is personally known to us. Not sourced, not keyword-matched. If we can't fill the role, you pay nothing.
